  Si vous passez par Québec, l'héritier du Fromentier s'appelle le Paingruel, sur la rue Saint-Jean.

  Best bread in MTL. Great variety with daily specials. Also available in JT Market in the new cheese shop.

  Possibly the best bread in Montreal. Try the fougasse. They opened a small branch on Mont-Royal street two months ago.
